White wheat yeasted loaf with la bit of sourdough starter added for taste. The simpliest ingredients transformed by long and cold fermentation. A French stick having an oval or oblong shape.
Vegan product.
Available for Saturday delivery or pick-up on Fridays, Saturday and Sunday.
